What We do
premium quality furniture refurbishing with a constantly revolving inventory of both available-for-custom-claim unfinished pieces and newly refinished furniture. Every piece is one-of-a-kind and hand-refinished in Oak Ridge, TN.
The refinishing process
We take pride in refinishing furniture the right way. No shortcuts, no cheap products, and a careful process that ensures your piece not only looks amazing, but stands the test of time.
Cleaning
Every piece we procure is first thoroughly vacuumed and cleaned with a degreaser to remove dust, dirt, and grime.
Prime
Next, we apply a high-quality primer to block stains, odors, and tannins while improving paint/stain adhesion
Sand/strip
Removal or scuffing of the existing finish to ensure maximum adhesion for primer and paint/stain.
Paint/stain
After priming, we Apply 2-4 coats using a paint sprayer and premium quality furniture paint - no brush strokes!
Repair
We then fix any dings, holes, and structural issues. We can also add new hardware and bases/legs for a completely updated style!
Seal
we finish every piece off with 2-3 coats of polyurethane or polyacrylic, depending on your finish. This protects your piece for the long haul
